Iran’s national squad consisted of two shooters Azizian and Siavoush Khoshnevis. Azizian scored 139 points to secure a place in final round along with other 5 shooters, but Khoshnevis failed to reach the final with only 127 points. A total of 31 shooters from around Asia compete in double trap where China and Kuwait obtained a place in 2016 Rio Summer Olympics.
Asian Shooting Championship is held in India and opened in January 25 and will continue to February 3 with a total of 531 shooters in all modules.
